Urban Rope Entry Systems 2000 by J.Danis, is a rope manual written specificly for the RCMP Victoria Sub Div HQ Emergency Response Team in January 1994 to enhance their capabilities for the XV Commonwealth Games in Victoria BC. The 2nd Edition was printed in 1997, and the 3rd Edition, with revisions and color photos, is available now. Click here for description and prices.
Since then several Police Forces and Special Forces teams in the United States have adopted the manual and its somewhat different philosophy and approach to rope operations in urban settings.
